【MY（WINTER及VACATION英语作文）】Winter vacation is always a special time for students. It’s a period when we can relax, spend time with family, and enjoy the beauty of the cold season. This year, my winter vacation was both fun and meaningful.

I started my break by going to my grandparents’ house in the countryside. The air was fresh, and everything was covered in white snow. I loved playing in the snow with my cousins. We built snowmen, had snowball fights, and even tried to make ice sculptures. It was a great way to spend time with family and create happy memories.

In addition to outdoor activities, I also used some time to study. I had some homework to finish and wanted to prepare for the next term. I set a schedule for myself so that I could balance studying and relaxing. I found that setting small goals helped me stay focused and motivated.

Another thing I did during the vacation was to learn something new. I decided to take up cooking. My grandmother taught me how to make traditional Chinese dishes like dumplings and hot pot. It was challenging at first, but I enjoyed the process and felt proud when I finally made something good.

I also spent some time reading books. I chose a few novels that I had been wanting to read for a long time. Reading helped me relax and improve my English vocabulary. I found it very interesting to see how different stories could open my mind to new ideas.

Overall, my winter vacation was a mix of fun, learning, and family time. I had a chance to recharge my energy and come back to school with a positive attitude. I believe that taking time to rest and reflect is just as important as working hard. I’m looking forward to the next holiday and hope to have another wonderful experience.
